This short animation was created for AUVB, the union for nurses in Belgium.

The goal was to map out the daily routine and work-life balance. It's well-known that healthcare professionals around the world are often understaffed, underpaid and/or undervalued. With this project, AUVB wanted to map out the pain points in the profession in order to compose concrete solutions to improve the work-life relationship.

Unfortunately, soon after the completion of this video, the pandemic broke out. And as a result, the professional life for HCP's got incresingly difficult.
